  • “生物固氮与豆科生物学”研究团队目前以豆科植物和根瘤菌为主要研究系统,围绕绿色农业发展中的重要前沿基础生物学和应用问题,采用基因组学、遗传学、生化和分子生物学、细胞和发育生物学、生物信息学,结构生物学和系统进化生物学等多学科的理论和方法,研究豆科植物与根瘤菌互作的共生固氮机制,生物固氮及重要农艺性状对逆境和内源激素等信号的响应机制,同时致力于豆科植物中控制重要农艺性状基因的挖掘和利用,高产、抗逆、优质和绿色豆科作物新品种的分子设计以及豆科作物品种-根瘤菌高效匹配和固氮组合的筛选和应用等。

    “The Biological Nitrogen Fixation and Legume Biology”team currently uses legume and rhizobia as major research systems and apply approaches of multi-omics, genetics, biochemistry and molecular biology, cell biology, developmental biology, bioinformatics, structural biology, and evolutionary biology to investigate key basic and applied biological questions in sustainable agriculture. Our current and future research plans focus on the following research areas: the molecular mechanisms of the legume-rhizobium interactions and symbiotic nitrogen fixation, as well as their responses to environmental stimuli and endogenous cues. We are also committed to precisely improve legume crops with high yield, wide resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses, and high nutritional quality, by molecular design, and discover the highly efficient compatibility and nitrogen fixation between legume varieties and rhizobial strains, and their application in green agriculture.
